Check invoice
Upload a supplier invoice PDF. Every line is compared with the agreed supplier price and the For Refund list. Credit lines are logged to Refunded automatically.

Product monitoring
Upload the daily “Total sales by product” report and the CS escalation sheet. The date in the sales report's file name is the date of its figures; the escalation sheet adds only order numbers that aren't in the system yet.
Approved for settlement
Invoices you have approved and that are waiting to be paid. Open one to review its check results and mark it as settled once payment is made.
Settled invoices
Invoices that have been paid. Every order on them counts as paid, so a later invoice that charges one again is flagged.
Product list
Agreed supplier prices. Invoices are checked against the EUR supplier price.
EUR price × rate
Markup = selling ÷ supplier (GBP)
COG % = supplier (GBP) ÷ selling × 100
For Refund
Orders the supplier confirmed as cancelled. Any invoice that still charges them is flagged; when a credit arrives they move to Refunded.
Refunded
Credits received on supplier invoices. The refund date is the date of the invoice that carried the credit.
